In 2015, Geoservice Engineering was selected to reinforce the foundations of one of Bulgaria's most distinguished monuments - "The church of St.St. Cyril and Methodius" - in the city of Burgas. In this case, GSE had the chance to demonstrate the advantages of the JET GROUTING technology in highly urbanised environment. A foundation settling processes started due to a construction of an underground facility nearby. It compromised the foundations of the church - and therefore its stability. Job parameters were verified in a multistage field trial test. .

Due to the high-sensitivity of the compromised 200-year old church, mono-fluid Jet-Grouting system was utilized, using pre-washing technique.
